  • INSURANCE

I do not accept insurance but I do work with an insurance biller through NAPIER MIDWIFERY BILLING who can file insurance for my clients after the baby is born as an out of network provider for reimbursement.

The cost for billing is a flat rate fee of $225 paid to the biller directly and she stays in contact with throughout the process. You must first get verification of benefits. The cost is $40.00 and does include assisting with any GAP, PPO Waivers, or In Network exceptions needed. This can be done HERE and should be done as early as possibly in the pregnancy. Our biller can also assist in share plans like CHM, Samaritans, Medishare, etc.

Since the insurance is billed after the fact for reimbursement it is the clients responsibility to pay the full Midwifery package fee by 34 weeks and work with the insurance biller to receive reimbursement. I cannot guarantee the amount that will be reimbursed. I will provide the claims questionnaire and invoices needed for insurance biller.
